Responsibilities

This is a Full Time 3rd shift opening working Tuesday through Saturday.  

The Treatment Advocate (TA) will assist with patient admissions, room transfers and discharges. The role will also support patients’ daily activities/needs, provide 1:1 patient observation, comfort and transfers within the facility and encourage patient recovery. The TA shall be a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic individual who will serve a significant role of identifying and communicating patient needs and addressing them directly or in conjunction with nursing and other facility clinical staff.

Qualifications

  • Current Home Health Aide Certificate a plus.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Substance Abuse experience/knowledge preferred.

All positions require a TST, MMR Titer, the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and satisfactory criminal background records check.
