This is a Per Diem position. The purpose of the Intake Coordinator position is to assist in the admissions process of clients into the facility, by screening clients over the phone and in person to determine the appropriateness of their admission. Responsible for screening clients, on the phone or in person, to determine the appropriateness of admission to the facility. If it is determined that the facility would not be the client's best fit, the client will be redirected to another agency. Effectively communicates with patients, families, friends & other referral sources in order to expedite the admissions process and admissions criteria. Other duties as assigned.
All positions require a TST, MMR Titer, the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, and satisfactory criminal background records check.
