Treatment Advocate in admissions per diem, days, nights and weekends included.
The primary purpose of the Treatment Assistant(TA) is be out on the unit observing clients daily activities and assisting clients in their recovery. The TA welcomes new clients to the unit, escorts them to their rooms, and informs them of the rules and schedules of the unit. This position accompanies clients to all group meetings, activities, and all meals in the cafeteria. The TA is responsible to obtaining and documenting vital signs on clients. This position will clean and disinfect bedrooms. This position also works in the admissions department doing client intakes.
All positions require a TST, MMR Titer, the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, and satisfactory criminal background records check.
