Job Summary:
The Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) & Payor Relations at American Addiction Centers (AAC) will oversee and optimize all aspects of the revenue cycle, ensuring efficient billing, collections, and reimbursement processes. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding and experience in all core functions of revenue cycle management. Preference for RCM experience in the behavioral health sector, particularly in substance use and mental health treatment. The VP will collaborate closely with our external accounts receivable partner, Hansei, fostering a partnership mentality to enhance revenue operations. Additionally, the VP will lead managed care negotiations, leveraging AAC’s strengths to secure favorable agreements. This position demands strong interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams and the acumen to present effectively to the Board and Office of the CEO.
