Job Summary
The Director, Total Rewards & HRIS plays a critical role in managing and executing compensation, benefits, HR information systems, and payroll programs. This role ensures that American Addiction Centers’ total rewards programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business needs while enhancing employee engagement.
As a member of the HR leadership team, this position will work closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer, and other key stakeholders to implement and refine total rewards strategies, oversee payroll operations, and drive HR technology improvements. The Director will provide direct supervision to Benefit, HRIS, Payroll, and HealthStream.
