Position Summary:
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the strategic configuration, maintenance, and optimization of AAC’s UKG Pro Human Capital Management (HCM) system, including Business Intelligence (BI), Payroll, Benefits, and Workforce Management (WFM) modules. This role serves as a technical expert and cross-functional partner supporting HR, Payroll, Finance, and Benefits compliance. The HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in producing accurate, real-time workforce data and supporting operational and regulatory reporting across the organization.
