Job Summary:
The Training & Systems Analyst plays a key role in advancing American Addiction Centers’ (AAC) commitment to employee engagement, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance through strategic oversight of HR systems, training platforms, and onboarding initiatives. This role blends technical expertise in UKG Pro and HealthStream with a hands-on leadership presence in New Hire Orientation, staff training, and performance program support.
In collaboration with HR, Operations, Clinical, and Quality teams, the analyst ensures that employees are onboarded effectively, remain engaged through consistent recognition and development practices, and that compliance with accrediting bodies and internal expectations is achieved. Additionally, this role supports initiatives that drive staff retention, performance review participation, and a culture of service excellence across AAC’s national footprint.
