Overview

Job Summary:

The Growth Product Manager is a key player in our strategic cross-departmental initiatives and will lead the charge on identifying new growth opportunities to create MVPs of new concepts, improve existing processes and sites, and increase the overall robustness of the AAC Marketing strategy.  While leading growth efforts, you'll work with Sales, SEO, Optimization, Content, Design, Engineering, Data, and Brand to find new acquisition and conversion opportunities and provide thought leadership and resources to better enable AAC to help people and monetize marketing opportunity.

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

  • Be a leader - orchestrate the work of a cross-functional team of developers, designers, SEO, optimization, content, and brand development team members to build the best-in-class experience for driving traffic, engagement and revenue
  • Project manage day-to-day growth activities to ensure timely completion and proper reporting
  • Leverage insights to highlight product gaps, identify growth opportunities, and drive execution of growth initiatives
  • Incubate new initiatives to expand our ability to reach and bring people into our recovery programs
  • Ensure that new ideas are protyped and executed in an MVP style
  • Work with all groups to find efficiencies to better grow revenue
  • Coordinate go-to-market strategies with all departments to execute in a timely manner with a high degree of quality
  • Make bottom line contributions across the board to all RB revenue opportunities
  • Create reports on the program results
  • Work with the PPMO office to assign and allocate resources as needed to complete individual tasks
  • Make sure all growth efforts are documented and available to the entire staff
  • Communicate to Brand Owners and Technology Leads learnings and how they translate to project performance, acquisition and conversion rate improvement opportunities
  • Manage an idea generation program within organization to collect ideas for site / app enhancements from all teams (Tech, Design, UX, QA, Marketing, Call Center and others)
  • Identify cross-role/cross-functional collaboration opportunities to expand knowledge across the team and the organization
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for learning
  • Problem-solving and analysis skills with ability to solve business problems, individually or in a group setting
  • Understanding of organizational dynamics, operating experience with cross-functional organizations
  • Well-accustomed to data-driven, experimentation approaches in a fast paced, agile environment
  • People and team leadership skills coupled with project management experience
  • Ability to learn and shift priorities while maintaining organization and control

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Absolute focus on GSD
  • Ability to learn and shift priorities while maintaining organization and control
  • Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, integrating with other apps & products, and scaling user growth
  • A minimum of 3+ years in Product Management 
  • Candidates in recovery must have 2+ years of sobriety.
