Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide general administrative support to facility and/or corporate leadership teams 
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic analysis using Excel or similar tools 
  • Support coordination of projects, meetings, and internal communications 
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in compliance with company standards 
  • Assist with special projects across departments such as HR, Operations, Admissions, or Marketing 
  • Conduct basic research and compile findings into summaries or presentations 
  • Support onboarding, scheduling, or operational workflows as needed 
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency 
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and employee information at all times 
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program
  • Prior internship or work experience in an office or business environment preferred but not required
  • Interest in healthcare administration, business operations, or human resources preferred

 

Physical Requirements

 

  • Ability to sit, use hands and fingers, talk or hear, and smell continually.  Ability to stand, walk and reach frequently. Ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally.
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Close vision required to see a computer monitor, read documents, and operate a copy and fax machine.  Distance vision required to drive an automobile, if driving is a requirement of the job.
  • The work environment is indoors and climate controlled.  Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
  • Moderate noise levels as found in a business office with computer printers, households with TVs and dishwashers, and driving light traffic.

 

Other Work Requirements:

  • This is a non-clinical, non-patient-facing role
  • Must comply with all company policies including confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
