The Food Server / Dishwasher cleans and washes dishes, glassware, flatware, food preparation equipment and utensils. Serves food and beverages to clients. Assists with setting up buffet lines and beverage stations. Set up and /or clear dining areas. This position is also responsible for mopping floors and cleaning surfaces as required. Operation of commercial dishwashing equipment is necessary to perform required duties.
