    Job Summary


    The Salesforce Administrator, Sales and Marketing will work closely with key business teams to develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals, identify opportunities for improvement, and define solutions that support cross-functional improvements for the organization. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of solving business problems and driving business transformation through process and technology solutions.

    Responsibilities

    Job Duties

    • Responsible for targeted system configuration, implementation, and maintenance
    • Work collaboratively with targeted business stakeholders and other upstream and downstream functional teams, such as Marketing, Sales, Verification and Placement
    • Maintain working knowledge of end to end Finance and other key business processes, data flows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
    • Participate in elicitation and analysis of business requirements, use cases, and test cases
    • Generate system enhancement recommendations, leveraging internal best practices and industry standards
    • Formulate system solutions and technical design, working with broader IT team to ensure alignment with holistic system architecture
    • Perform Sales, Marketing and other key business team user management, including optimization of roles, profiles, and permission sets
    • Support and maintain Sales, Marketing and related business stakeholder system integrations
    • Articulate streamlined solutions that leverage out of box functionality where possible, minimizing customization where possible
    • Perform declarative system maintenance and enhancements, owning and driving issues to resolution
    • Perform deployments and validation of Salesforce configuration and development changes
    • Maintain a working knowledge of Salesforce functionality and related applications
    • Understand and communicate updates per each Salesforce Release, identifying potential implications and highlighting new features that may be leveraged to better serve the business
    • Perform data loads and data cleanup activities as needed
    • Develop ad-hoc reports as requested
    • Promote internal best practices by leveraging organizational templates and standards
    • Pro-actively monitor the overall health of the system

    Qualifications

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Salesforce Administrator Certification required
    • 3 years’ experience in Salesforce administration required
    • Knowledge of APEX a plus
    • Broad experience across the Salesforce platform, including Marketing Cloud, Salesforce1, Sales and Service Cloud
    • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, including solid understanding of Salesforce object model, layouts, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, formula fields, and process builder
    • Deep understanding of data relationships and integrations
    • Working knowledge of Sales cycle processes, terminology, and general healthcare business processes
    • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; critical thinking and mindset for innovation
    • Self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines, communicate delays, and manage expectations
    • Strong team player with ability to work collaboratively with broader IT team as well as business stakeholders
    • Experience with testing, deploying change sets from sandbox environments, and familiarity with common software development practices
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with people at all levels of the business
    • Candidates in recovery must have 2+ years of sobriety.
