    Responsibilities

    • Ensure all optimization efforts follow set discipline and best practices
    • Project Manage day to day and test-to-test activities to ensure timely completion and proper reporting
    • Identify growth opportunities for team
    • Ensure that development and deployment of tests parallel with Dev Team efforts·
    • Work with all groups to find efficiencies to better grow revenue
    • Assign and allocate resources as needed to complete individual tasks
    • Make bottom line contributions across the board to all AAC revenue opportunities
    • Grow and maximize the abilities of optimization team
    • Create reports on test results and program results
    • Identify growth opportunities for team

    • Make sure all optimization efforts are documented and available to the entire staff
    • Communicate to Brand Owners and Technology Leads sales optimization learnings and how they translate to project performance and conversion rate improvement opportunities
    • Manage an idea generation program within organization to collect ideas for site / app enhancements from all teams (Tech, Design, UX, QA, Marketing, Call Center and others)
    • Identify cross-role/cross-functional collaboration opportunities to expand knowledge across the team and the organization
    • Manage a process to evaluate and prioritize testing of such ideas based on defined KPIs, and create an open forum of communication and feedback

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum four (4) years of work experience in optimization, BI, UX/UI, or CRO
    • Understand Web Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics or Adobe Site Catalyst)
    • Experience with user-analytics programs (e.g. Kiss Metrics, Crazy Egg, Hotjar, User Testing)
    • Experience with conversion optimization and testing platforms (e.g. Optimizely)
    • High-competency with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Excel
    • Experience project managing web-related marketing and technology projects
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • Exceptional planning and project management skills
    • Great communicator with a comfortable approach to leadership and capable of making his team better and creating opportunities for individual growth.
