    Responsibilities

    Job Duties:

     

     

    • Completing through assessments of clients upon admission to ensure they meet criteria for this milieu.
    • Acts in and understanding way when on the phone with concerned persons and solves their in queries.
    • Interviews the client and comprehends their needs and requirements. Based on self-judgment and then either admits the client, or suggests a suitable alternate.
    • Completes all administrate duties and maintains accurate paperwork and documentation.
    • Knowledgeable about our program while promoting the values of clients throughout the orientation process of client and their families.
    • Effectively communicates and coordinates the travel arrangements for all clients while ensuring a smooth transition into treatment.
    • Serve as a resource to staff and clients on financial matters as it relates to the clients out of pocket cost for the program.
    • Follow detailed processes and procedures as set forth by department managers to ensure a safe and accurate admission
    • Charge credit cards for clients’ total OOP cost; follow up on pending cash due from clients
    • Schedule and track incoming flights for clients attending our programs, and reconcile flight credit cards monthly
    • Relay necessary information in a concise manner to management, peers, and clients/family members post admission
    • Handles any and all responsibilities given and reports any problems/delays with co-workers, and/or workload, to direct supervisor.
    • Effectively communicates and coordinates the travel arrangements for all clients while ensuring a smooth transition into treatment.

    • Master’s Degree required
    • Knowledge of the disease of addiction
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Basic PC skills and Microsoft office skills (Internet explorer, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • If in personal recovery, a minimum of 2 years clean and sober
