    Responsibilities

    Job Duties:

    • Log and file Overtime Cards from previous shift
    • Coordinate and assign scheduled appointments.  Make out the shift assignment based on schedule, pickups and available staff.
    • Double check SalesForce from previous shift. Update any information that was left out or from after midnight admits.
    • Complete the “Discharge Report”.
    • Coordinate movement of clients from one house to another based on authorized requests.
    • Create and form the Daily Report and distribute it to staff.
    • Use the Daily Report to update and send the Housing Report.
    • Send a bed accountability report each shift.
    • Coordinate with Medical Staff to coordinate time of transport for clients who need to see our physician.
    • Reply to all emails (admits, discharges, transfers, etc.) and add any appointments that Intake and Client Care sends for our clients on outlook calendar.
    • Check Matrix Tracking System, tracing where our drivers go, whether or not they deviate from assigned route. Find alternate routes for drivers when it is necessary.
    • File invoices and receipts given for vehicle repairs.
    • Update Bed Board when changes occur.
    • Update SalesForce according to the day’s activities. 
    • Take calls from family members to put money on clients’ books.
    • Able and willing to assume duties of Driver as requested/needed.

    Qualifications

    Job Requirements:

    • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Must possess a valid commercial Class B driver’s license as required to drive large passenger vehicles.
    • Must have an insurable driving record.
    • At least 2 years previous commercial driving experience.
    • Working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
    • Knowledge of DOT regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, inspection, and maintenance.
    • Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Must be able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
    • If in personal recovery, a minimum of 2 years clean and sober.
