    Job Summary

    The role of the Sales Recruiter is to recruit high performing Call Center Admissions Navigators and Business Development Coordinators.

    Responsibilities

    Duties and Responsibilities: to include but not limited to the following

    • Conduct interviews via phone and in-person, obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and negotiate salary requirements for corporate vacancies
    • Source like there is no tomorrow
    • Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of inside and outside sales
    • Partner with Hiring Leaders on “In-take” calls and meeting to establish appropriate expectations with the start of the recruitment cycle
    • Create and post vacant positions for open requisitions
    • Develope a candidate pipeline via career searches and social media sites, as well as other strategies.
    • As an approximate number of full-time employees will terminate during the course of a year the objective is to replace these lost employees as quickly and economically as possible
    • Maintain database of viable candidates and work proficiently with our Applicant Tracking System- iCIMS and Payroll System - UltiPro
    • Work independently in a fast-paced selling environment.
    • Proficient at handling confidential information
    • Experience with traditional networking, head hunting, internet searches and social media recruitment such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
    • Advise hiring managers of candidate on-boarding processes.
    • Have strong technical skills using ATS and other HR software programs for candidate management
    • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Recruiting and screening candidates for current and future positions
    • Create an effective sourcing plan for top talent
    • Engage and activate passive candidates through recruiting best practices and programs
    • Build relationships with candidate communities to maintain a network of potential candidates and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates
    • Communicate frequently with Senior Manager to understand the needs of our hiring managers
    • Other Job Duties – As Assigned

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience:

    • Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, HR, or a related field
    • Have 5+ years of experience working in the sales sourcing with proven success metrics, either in-hous or agency, preferring staffing.
    • Must be an expert sourcing guru
    • Have strong technical skills using ATS and other HR software programs for candidate management
    • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be flexible and able to change direction quickly
