    Responsibilities

    • Cisco switches and routers
    • Windows server roles including AD, DNS, NPS, Print, File, etc.
    • LANdesk/Ivanti patch management, OS deployment, and endpoint management
    • PaloAlto firewalls including Panorama
    • Provide Tier 2 Level Support and work with an existing Tier 1 Tech Support Team
    • IP Security Camera Systems
    • IP Telephones
    • Avaya Phone Systems
    • Nutanix Platform
    • Sales Force
    • Microsoft Office 365 environment
    • Ring Central

     

    Qualifications

    • HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Five (5) or more years of technical support experience; must be fully able to perform hands-on support for assigned systems
    • Expertise in multiple technical disciplines including Data Centers, Networks, Storage, Servers, and Security
    • Demonstrated competencies in administering Microsoft Windows Operating Systems including Windows 10 and Microsoft Windows Server 2008R2-2016
    • Advanced Level Networking (understanding VLANs, L2/L3 Switching, etc.)
    • Proven record of success managing projects to successful completion
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to speak comfortably with technical and non-technical users
    • CCNA/CCNP or other relevant certifications are a plus
