    Responsibilities

    Job Duties:

    • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Executive Suite (Chairman/CEO, President/CFO) including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential, and arranging complex and detailed travel plans, and itineraries
    • Works closely and effectively with the Executive Suite to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and following up appropriately
    • Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
    • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, pro-actively, and follows-though on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
    • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by being discreet and confidential
    • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and by answering or directing inquiries
    • Conserves executives time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; initiating telecommunications
    • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
    • Team player who enjoys working in a team environment that is mission-driven and results-oriented

    Qualifications

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Strong work tenure; 5-10 years’ experience supporting C-Level Executives
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (familiarity with Mac Office products)
    • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
    • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners
    • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
    • Emotional maturity
    • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to be effective working independently
    • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrates the highest level of customer/client service and response
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Candidates in recovery must have 2+ years of sobriety.
