    Responsibilities

    Job Duties:

    • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
    • Respond to queries either in person, over the phone, or via email, and follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
    • Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
    • Install computer peripherals for users.
    • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
    • Write training manuals and/or train computer users.
    • Ask questions to determine nature of problem
    • Walk customer through problem-solving process
    • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
    • Clean up computers.
    • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
    • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide
    • Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
    • Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.

    Qualifications

    Job Requirements:

    • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365.
    • Mac OS 10.X and IOS experience a plus.
    • Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Weekend and Holiday coverage as needed.
    • If in personal recovery, a minimum of 2 years clean and sober.
