The Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner is a retired Navy Veteran with over 10 years military recruiting coupled with corporate and medical recruiting. He's analytical and always ready to jump in to get the job done. He pushes our TA technology to the limit to see if he can break it to improve process.
Our Clinical TA Partner, our newest addition to the team, has over 7 years of Physician recruiting and we consider him the Boolean search string guru. He's only been in the seat for a couple of weeks and he's attacked the sales and medical recruiting and already making great strides to build pipelines for current and future candidate needs.
Finally, the Director of TA is a leader that will go to bat for you. She has multiple years of recruiting experience in multiple industries. She began her journey at American Addiction Centers almost 3 years ago accepting the directorship and building her Dream Team by re-creating a new TA division. Her leadership has been instrumental in creating new processes, implementing new TA tools, and creating a culture of coaching and mentorship that enables you to grow no matter where your current capabilities are.

The role of the Talent Acquisition Partner (Business Develpoment) is to source, screen and find top talent in the business development/sales marketplace, talent beyond the job description . Should have knowledge of corporate work practices, policies, procedures, resources, laws, customer service, and technical information, as well as, the relationship of work to the organization’s mission. You will be engaged in your own self-improvement efforts to enhance skills and knowledge to stay current with changes impacting the job. This role will have System Administrator responsibilities to maintain the ATS and to manage out Talent Social Media, Instagram and Twitter.
Our Newest TA Partner will be responsible for recruiting Business Development/Sales both inside and out that is responsible for building relationships with qualified referral partners in assigned territory, for the purpose of facilitating admissions to American Addiction Centers Treatment Programs.
Qualified candidates are coachable and have an eye to find talent under a rock. This individual must be an independent self-starter who is open to frequent collaboration and flexible to changing goals as our business needs change.
The candidate we seek will have demonstrated experience in BD/Sales recruiting. Expert knowledge and application using iCIMS and search tools to find more than qualified/passive candidates with low req loads. A great personality and sense of humor is required.
