The primary role of the Treatment Advocate Supervisor is in providing direct and support services to female or male drug and alcohol abusers. Specifically, the main functions of the Treatment Advocate are 1) Supervision of Treatment Advocates, 2) Supervision of the clients, and 3) Ensuring their participation in treatment related services and facilitating psycho-educational and recreational activities.
Shift: Saturday and Sunday 8:00am to 8:30pm
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists in supervision of client activities and be aware of client safety and whereabouts at all times, including breaks and internal activities
Distributes daily mail to clients and observes confidentiality standards
Monitors and document’s clients for signs of medical distress and/or behavioral concerns on an ongoing basis and through routine bed checks
Facilitates psycho-education groups as directed by supervisor within the scope of job description or certification
Ensure shift reports are thorough and completed for shift worked
