Responsibilities

Job Summary

 

Part Time (32 hours a week) includes Saturday mornings per week. Candidate should be open to possible schedule changes when necessary. To provide clerical support to the outpatient staff. Performs all general office and reception duties including typing, photocopying, faxing, filling, and answering telephones. Verify insurance benefits for patients and schedule patient sessions.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Must be computer literate and have excellent typing skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a business office preferably in human services.
  • Medical billing experience preferred.
  • Candidates must be able to operate in a very fast paced environment and have excellent customer service skills .
  • Candidate will be required to attend 2 weeks training and occasional meetings in AdCare's Worcester MA location.
