To provide clerical support to outpatient staff. Registers and Schedules appointments and transportation for patients
Duties and Responsibilities:
CPR required / within 2 months of hire.
Proven strong Customer Service skills.
Good interpersonal skills required.
Must be computer literate and have good typing skills.
Must have effective oral, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic environment.
Familiarity of geographical locations of clients and assigned routes.
Filing, answering phones and data entry.
Two year's experience working in a fast pace Business/Human Services office preferred. “Insurance knowledge a plus."
