Responsibilities

Job Summary

Full Time Position.  Receipt and Charge Entry Specialist to accurately and quickly enter and reconcile charges and daily cash receipt data into the computer system. Must be able to perform accurate and rapid data entry of cash receipts and charges, balancing and reconciling to reports and logs in an organized and efficient manner.

Qualifications

Education/ Experience:

  • Close attention to detail essential;
  • Must possess very strong typing skills, basic knowledge of computer spreadsheet applications, and use of computer equipment;
  • Possess a general knowledge of the basic principles of Accounts Receivable and/or accounting;
  • Good interpersonal communication skills by phone, email or in person,
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and semi-independently at problem solving;
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks in designated timeframes.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
