Transportation Coordinator

Summary

The Transportation Coordinator schedules transportation for patients to and from AdCare.  Must  provide accurate and appropriate information and referral services to callers on 1-800-ALCOHOL.   Will To provide backup to admitting, transportation and switchboard positions and performs clerical duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must have the ability to navigate and plan driving routes to be efficient and effective, be dependable and trustworthy with effective communication and map reading skills.  
• Excellent customer service skills required as there is continuous interaction with our patients.   
• Dispatching skills a plus.  
• Previous transportation experience and knowledge of addiction a plus.
