Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assign scheduled appointments. Completes the shift assignment based on schedule, pickups and available staff.
  • Complete and update Resolution LV Transportation listing for all Veterans.
  • Obtain verification for all transportation appointments.
  • Coordinate with Manager or Lead for necessary hospital pickup.
  • Coordinate/pickup of medications.
  • Coordinate court services and requirements.
  • Responsible for addressing client issues timely to ensure non-interruption of services.
  • Assist with ensuring clients are accounted for daily.
  • Coordinate all VA admit pickups to ensure staff is there on time.
  • Coordinate and schedule repairs for van maintenance at the direction of supervisor.
  • File invoices and receipts given for vehicle repairs.
  • Answer transportation phone and assign drivers as needed in minimal trips.
  • Establish rapport and maintain a professional relationship and boundaries with clients.
  • Other Job Duties – As Assigned.
  • Able and willing to assume duties of Driver as requested/needed.



  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Must possess a valid commercial Class B driver’s license as required to drive large passenger vehicles.
  • Must have an insurable driving record.
  • At least 2 years previous commercial driving experience.
  • Working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, inspection, and maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
  • If in personal recovery, a minimum of 2 years clean and sober.
