Licensed Outpatient Clinician in Warwick, RI will facilitate a structured Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP.)  Maintain a clinically supportive environment for the patients. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Work in collaboration with the clinical team. Discuss and explain available outpatient treatment services upon completion of IOP. Provide patient progress updates to the primary clinician as needed. Assure that all clinical documentation is in accordance with AdCare, DPH, JCAHO and other standards as identified in their respective guidelines. Communicate clinical concerns to the Director of Outpatient Services. Adhere to AdCare policies and mission statement.



  • Minimum of 2 years' experience at least 1 year in substance abuse treatment required.
  • Proficient computer skills. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service and communications skills required.
  • Must have license:  LMHC, LICSW and LADC1.
  • Master's in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.

All positions require a TST, MMR Titer, the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening (including THC), and satisfactory criminal background records check.
