Position uses clinical knowledge of documentation requirements to improve overall medical record quality which includes the client’s acuity and risk of relapse. Responsible for: conducting quarterly (at a minimum) corporate medical record reviews that result in written reports of findings, progress and improvement action plans, developing and monitoring dashboards regarding clinical documentation indicators and clinical care KPI’s, providing direct support and training to facilities via phone/web meetings and onsite visits with respect to regulation, accreditation, clinical documentation, and company clinical standards, and assists with quality clinical standardization across the company by participating in quality assurance projects such as daily and random internal reviews/audits, and other duties as assigned

The Nurse Manager shall also assist in ensuring inter-department relationship with Nursing department is strong and assist in the training and scheduling of nurses for the Detox and Residential Units.
