The campus is conveniently located just minutes away from both the airport and downtown Providence. AdCare RI is also located close to pristine beaches and recreational areas.  The newly renovated facility is outfitted with semi-private rooms with baths, fitness center, basketball court, and many other amenities.

The Recovery Support Counselor (RSC) assists patients by appropriately guiding them through difficulties or crises, facilitating interactive educational and support groups, and supporting patients by helping them to process their progress or become aware of any obstacles to their recovery. The Recovery Support Counselor ensures that their support is consistently delivered in accordance with AdCare’s clinical design specific to the program and is delivered in a manner that can demonstrate sound outcomes reducing relapse from alcohol and other drugs. This position fosters an atmosphere of customer service and excellence in service delivery. The Recovery Support Counselor provides personalized and tailored support to address the individual needs of our patients by consistently adhering to the mission and values of AdCare and AAC.
